Today i trying to find how to solve the orbis pq bracelet quest problem, after i gather all the 40 feather, i still cant complete the quest,
finally i found the answer,
Orbis PQ has the "Goddess Bracelet". It's a Common Glove equip. You must complete all quests associated with Orbis PQ and the PQ itself to receive the item. The item has 1-3 Weapon Attack, 1-3 Magic Attack and some DEF. It has 5 slots. (So basically can be a 3 ATT, 5 slot clean glove.)
