There is a way to get one of these blades and there is a quest where you apply to join the test server.

↑ This item is called Owl’s Tail Feather, they come from the sealed boxes which you can find from monsters.
This box gives you a lot of things: Unagi, Pure Water, Elixirs, Blade scrolls and it even gave me a Chaos Scroll in Tespia.
But the most precious that comes from this box is the feather.
You can use Owl’s Tail Feathers for a quest or you can keep the feathers until 2/25. If you kept your feather, you will be able to double-click it and you will get an item. The item is random, you have a chance to get a blade.
The second task in this event is a quest where you have to collect feathers for Cassandra. This event quest gives you the opportunity to apply for a 1st term test server ID.
For the people who will win this second task, you will know if you got in or not on the 18th of February. So does that mean that next week the new job will be released?
