KMST V322 ~ Again skill adjustments

Again & again. Another set of skill adjustments were released in Tespia patch version 1.2.322.
But first something else, the test server has a new server~ ^^

KMS is getting a new server soon: Nova.

The skills of Adventurer, Dual Blade, Aran, Evan and Resistance were changed again.
The first patch with all these changes will be released on July 8th.

Beginner

- Spirit’s Blessing gives now 20 Magic Attack at max level.

Adventurer

Crusader, Hero:
- Combo Attack’s damage increased to 5%/orb
- Advanced Combo Attack’s damage increased to 10%/orb
- Monster Magnet’s cooldown removed
- Brave Slash’s damage decreased from 225% to 205%. Looks like delays might be reduced too.
- Enrage completely changed. Now it works like Homing. You use the skill to target one enemy, and all damage toward that enemy is increased by 50% (or 1.5x – it’s not clear which). The cooldown is removed.

Page, White Knight, Paladin:
- Threaten now reduces 30% damage from the enemy and reduces enemy defense by 30% (up from 20%).
- Charged Blow’s mob count reduced from 6 to 4. It’s hitbox is now explicit –> 180% Range. Charged blow delay class added. Total delay is 600ms.
- Fire Charge’s damage increased to 135%. It is no longer 100% elemental at all levels. Instead, it starts at 40% elemental at level 1 and goes up by 3% per level.
- Ice Charge’s damage increased to 130%. It is no longer 100% elemental at all levels. Instead, it starts at 40% elemental at level 1 and goes up by 3% per level.
- Lightning Charge’s damage increased to 130%. It is no longer 100% elemental at all levels. Instead, it starts at 40% elemental at level 1 and goes up by 3% per level.
- Restoration skill completely changed. Max level reduced from 30 to 10. MP consumption increased to 28.
- New skill –> Combat Orders – Right now it has the same visual aesthetics as Maple Hero, but I’m sure that will change in the future. It’s a party skill that increases all of the party’s skill levels by +2 at max. However, it cannot increase the skill level beyond its maximum. This is a third job skill.
- Guardian Spirit now has two new variables –> terR and asrR. These variables are equal to 30 at maximum level. No idea what it does.
- Advanced Charge Blow’s damage lowered from 530% to 500%. This skill now gives mastery, and mastery is set to 70% at maximum level.
- Blessing Armor now also gives +20 WATK at max level.
- Blast’s damage slightly reduced from 780% to 740%. Now gives an innate chance to crit and ignore enemy defense, but only using this skill. Also gives a 15% chance to cause Instant Death on the enemy. Blast’s range is increased horizontally by 20 pixels.
- Cooldown removed from Monster Magnet

Dragon Knight, Dark Knight:
- Dragon’s Judgement now adds to minimum critical damage by +10%.
- Dark Force’s damage increased to 80%, but physical defense doubled from -30% to -60%.
- Cooldown removed for monster magnet
- Beholder now gives +20% mastery
- Beholder’s buff greatly increased to +300 WDEF/MDEF, +120 ACC, +120 Avoid

F/P Wizard, Mage, Archmage:
- Poison Breath’s damage over time now lasts for 10 seconds (up from 6)
- Element Amplification damage increased from 130% to 150%.
- Explosion’s damage increased by +20% at all levels
- Poison Mist’s damage over time increased from 120 to 160. Damage over time increased by +7 seconds at all levels.
- Element Composition damage over time increased to 10 seconds.
- Teleport Mastery changed from passive to active. Here’s how I’m THINKING it works –> When you put points into teleport mastery, you replace regular teleport. Then whenever you use teleport, any mobs you teleport through now have a 100% rate of stun. It has a cool new effect too, and I’m looking forward to seeing it in a video.
- Paralyze’s damage over time greatly increased from 90 to 160. DoT duration decreased from 10 to 5 seconds, but knockout time increased by +1 second at all levels.
- Meteor Shower now does Damage over Time. DoT = 200, dot duration is 10 seconds, and DoT interval is 1 second.

I/L Mage, Archmage:
- Element Amplification damage increased from 130% to 150%.
- Teleport Mastery changed from passive to active. Here’s how I’m THINKING it works –> When you put points into teleport mastery, you replace regular teleport. Then whenever you use teleport, any mobs you teleport through now have a 100% rate of stun. It has a cool new effect too, and I’m looking forward to seeing it in a video.

- Chain Lightning now has a chance to crit with +15% at max level. Damage increased by +20% at all levels to 720%.
- Blizzard now does Damage over Time. DoT = 205. DoT duration = 10 seconds, and DoT interval = 1 second.

Cleric, Priest, Bishop:
- Heal now gets a spiffy new animation! Damage is now 280%. Note that damage is completely separate from heal rate which remains at 300. Heal is now holy element.

- Bless now gives +15 WATK/MATK at max level.
- Shining Ray now has an 80% chance to stun for 5 seconds.

- Holy Focus gives +10% more crit rate at all levels.
- Holy Shield now gives +40% State Immunity (like Guardian Spirit for Paladins)
- Genesis damage increased by +100% at all levels. Now has an innate ability to crit at 20% rate.

Bowmaster:
- Concentrate’s WATK buff increased from 25 to 35
- Vengeance’s range increased by +100 pixels behind you. Damage greatly increased by +120% at all levels.
- New Skill –> Marksmanship. Passive skill that ignores enemy defense rate. This is a fourth job skill.

Marksman:
- Marksman Boost’s mastery increased from 60% to 70%
- New Skill –> Ultimate Strafe. Passive skill (likely replaces Strafe). Maximum level is 10. Does 170% damage and fires 6 arrows. Requires maxed Strafe. This is a fourth job skill
- Pierce’s damage increased to 1150%

Assassin, Hermit, Night Lord:
- Shadow Partner’s damage increased to 50%
- Avenger’s damage decreased to 410%.
- Shadow Shifter’s avoid rate decreased by 5% at all levels
- Triple Throw’s damage decreased to 250%. Now can ignore 15% enemy physical defense rate.
- Shadow Stars duration increased from 120 seconds to 180 seconds.

Bandit, Chief Bandit, Shadower:
- Savage Blow’s damage increased by +5% at all levels.
- Assaulter’s damage increased by +50% at all levels.
- BoT damage reduced by 15% at all levels
- Shadow Partner’s damage increased to 50%
- Meso Explosion’s damage decreased from 180% to 150%.
- Shadow Shifter’s avoid rate decreased by 5% at all levels
- BStep’s damage increased from 390% to 470%
- Assassinate’s damage decreased from 610% to 560%

Dual Blade:
- Triple Stab’s damage increased by +25% at all levels
- Fatal Blow now hits 8 times at all levels. Damage increased to 110%
- Slash Storm’s damage greatly increased from 100% to 230%
- Tornado Spin’s damage increased by +40% at all levels
- Flash Bang’s damage increased from 100% to 160%
- Bloody Storm’s damage massively increased from 170% to 420%
- Mirror Image now mirrors 70% damage
- Owl Dead’s damage increased from 800% to 1000%
- Upper Stab’s damage changed from 260% * 1 time to 170% * 2 times
- Flying Assaulter’s damage increased by +60% at all levels
- Final Cut’s damage increased from 1200% to 2100%
- Monster Bomb’s damage increased from 800% to 1380%. Cooldown decreased to 4 seconds.
- Sudden Raid is now fire elemental. Damage is increased by +100% at all levels. Now does Damage Over Time, dot = 200, duration = 10, and interval is 1.
- Chains of Hell damage increased from 250% to 280%. Now attacks the mob 12 times with a 20% innate crit rate.

Brawler:
- Corkscrew Blow damage changed from 460% * 1 attack to 150% * 3 attacks.
- Energy Blast’s max level reduced from 30 to 20. At max level the end result is the same. Horizontal range increased by +20 pixels in front of you.
- Shockwave delay decrease. Damage decreased from 730% to 600%.
- New Skill –> Infighting Mastery – At max level, increases backspin blow damage +100%, Double Upper +70%, and Corkscrew Blow +120%
- Dragon Strike delay decrease.
- Demolition can now ignore target enemy’s defense
- Counter Attack’s 40 WATK buff removed. Now increases damage by 15% (damR)

Gunslinger:
- Invisible Shot’s damage increased by +30% at all levels
- Grenade is now fire element. Damage increased by +40% at all levels. Now does Damage over time. DoT = 60, interval = 1, and DoT duration = 8 seconds
- Blank Shot’s damage increased from 200% to 280%. Stun increased by +1 second.
- Recoil Shot’s damage increased by +40% at all levels (why do they buff stuff like this, I’ll never know. It could be 1% damage and I’d still be happy with it)
- Burst Fire’s damage increased to 210%
- Gaviota’s damage increased by +50% at all levels
- Flamethrower now burns for 1 second longer
- Aerial Strike’s damage increased from 850% to 1150%
- Rapid Fire’s damage increased by +10% at all levels
- Cannon’s damage increased by +20% at all levels. Now has a +15% innate chance to crit.
- Torpedo’s damage increased by +50% at all levels.
- Counter Attack’s 40 WATK buff removed. Now increases damage by 15% (damR)

Aran

- Full Swing: Double Swing’s damage increased by +10% at all levels, Triple Swing’s damage reduced by 15% at all levels
- Critical Combo: Now gives a permanent increased base critical chance of 20% – looks like critical combo then adds %chance on top of the base critical chance
- Snow Charge’s damage increased to 145%
- Overswing: Double Swing’s damage increased by +15% at all levels, Triple Swing’s damage increased by +15% at all levels
- High Mastery: Mastery increased by +5% at all levels (for a maximum mastery of 70%). This skill also adds minimum critical damage of +20%

Evan

- Ice Breath’s damage decreased by 45% at all levels.
- Magic Amplification’s damage increased to 150%
- Fire Breath’s damage decreased by 50% at all levels
- Killer Wings damage increased by +50% at all levels
- Phantom Imprint’s damage decreased by 50% at all levels
- Mastery increased to 70%
- Illusion’s damage decreased to 370%
- Flame Wheel’s damage decreased to 720%
- Blaze’s damage decreased by 50%
- Dark Fog’s cooldown decreased by 10 seconds at all levels. Now has a 20% innate chance to crit.

Resistance

- Beast’s Anger cooldown increased to 240 seconds
