JMS made the map layout for all the maps of Zipangu(ジパング)
But i'll be showinq the neo tokyo map layout only.
[1st Update] This infomation was written down after checkinq on different websites. i do not copy-paste ty.
First off is Kamuna. which is found in zipangu(ジパング)
A small forest found between mushroom shrine and outside the kaede castle(ninja castle) this map can be access by enterinq a red gate portal.
This map does not have any monsters but serves as a pit-stop before enterinq neo tokyo by talkinq to Asia that's found in the map after enterinq the large tree.
This is the npc Asia(アーシア)
Now on to the main topic, Neo tokyo.
Neo tokyo is a area that's set in the future. With resemblance of the futuristic animes like gundam. It's accessed by talkinq to the warp crystal. found inside the large tree.

There are only 2 ways to access Neo tokyo.
1st is to collect this items that's required.
300 Head Ninja's scroll, Samurai Knight's armor piece(the moonchest) and Mini toad's oil disc then talk to Asia.
2nd is to buy a @cash item that looks like tomosama's etc drop for 1000 Japanese nexon points then talk to asia.
The item obtainable from the cash shop.
(what a nice way to bypass the quest = = usinq @cash...)
After clearinq the quest that is required before beinq able to access neo tokyo.
You must talk to the Warp crystal which is found at the bottom left side.

Neo tokyo is available in 4 sections.
Year 2100 Odaiba
It will be the location of the final battle between humans and machines, destroying almost the entire area. It's now a place for storing equipment, and used as a fort for defense purposs.
Year 2095 Sub Urban Area
This redeveloped area is established prior to the war. With the technical enhancements brought on by the rise of machines, this area lays a significance towards what Tokyo has become.
To access this map, you need to finish the set of quests in Odaiba, and this includes killing Bergamot. When Bergamot is killed, a crystal will appear and will warp you to 2095.
Year 2102 Akihabara
Destroyed during the war, this once popular shopping area is now lurking with destroyed machine parts and holds the base for opposition forces.

No infomation can be given at this current time as i do not have any infomation about this map.
There is a guy in Akihabara Control Room Year 2102 that is a item creater.
Noran2 items can be created from him.

Prototype Lord (プロトタイプロード, Purototaipu Rōdo?) - a rather clunky looking robot from Neo Tokyo's Park year 2095. It uses electrical zapping attacks and can whip out a large grinding gear to generate such power. Be especially wary of the machine guns, as they are quite dangerous. With the added threat of Stun, it's a fearsome opponent, despite being the weakest monster in the town.

It has the ability to use Zombify, and weakness so it really doesn't need that much power. Also, it is naturally aggressive; therefore it poses a huge threat to explorers and is very annoying.

It also sports a repulsor shield, knocking those nearby back. Like Bergamot, it has three forms, the first of which results in the destruction of the laser firing mechanism.

Master Unknown Magic Beast (名もなき魔獣, Namonaki Majū?) - one of the numerous new bosses from Neo Tokyo. It has weaker counterparts that eventually spawn along side it. It's weak to lightning, so try to take advantage of that. It will slam its claw down to give off dangerous explosions. When it starts to take off from the ground, back up, or else you'll be taking two claws to the face for nearly 18,000 damage! On top of this, it can do papulatus style lightning bolts which can inflict a 2 second stun, and screeches, which cast a 10 second slow the whole time. It's certainly a deadly! Could it be the final evolution in Balrogs..?
