I decided to start a new thread for this because the old location was kind of buried.

Summary of changes:

- Fire Circle's basic attack increased to 55 from 45. Range below you slightly increased (rb.y = 40)
- Ice Breath's basic attack increased to 120 from 70.
- Magic Flare's basic attack increased to 270 from 230.
- Dragon Thrust's basic attack increased to 160 from 85.
- Magic Booster - (-2) speed at level 6, (-3) speed at level 11
- Slow's success rate doubled at all levels. The max probability is now 60%.
- Dragon Breath's basic attack increased to 180 from 170
- Killing Wing's basic attack increased by 10 at all levels.
- Earthquake's basic attack increased by 40 at all levels. Hit delays are reduced (120 --> 90) and hitAfter reduced (720 --> 540)
- Ghost Lettering's basic attack increased by 30 at all levels.
- Illusion's basic attack increased by 10 at all levels.
- Blaze's basic attack increased by 10 at all levels.
- Dark Fog's cooldown reduced to 20 seconds at all levels. MP Cost increased by 400 at all levels. Delay is reduced.

As well as the following delay changes:

Ice Breath changed from 1.2 sec to 0.9 sec (33% faster)
Killing Wing changed from 1.92 sec to 1.44 sec (33% faster)
Dragon Breath changed from 1.32 sec to 0.99 sec (33% faster)
Ghost Lettering changed from 2.16 sec to 1.62 sec (33% faster)
Earthquake changed from 2.28 sec to 1.71 sec (33% faster)
Flame Wheel changed from 2.97 sec to 1.8 sec (65% faster)
Illusion changed from 2.43 sec to 2.01 sec (21% faster)
Dark Fog changed from 4.08 sec to 3.06 sec (33% faster)
