KMST V355 ~ Reorganization Update Part 2

It was only a matter of time for part 2. This update gives another set of skill changes and this time the SP Reset scroll was given to all characters.

This is good news for everyone who messed up their skill points during the Big Bang update, now you’re given a second chance.
The cap from the item’s maxHP, maxMP, physical defense, magic defense, accuracy and avoidability has been raised to 999.

Part 2 of this update offers new skill changes. Aran’s Final Blow can now deal 100% critical damage, Crossbow Master’s Sniping can now deal 4×900% damage only on boss monsters, the instant kill applies to normal monsters and there’s no more durability on Captain’s Battleship.

Adventurers

Fighter, Hero

- The accuracy from Weapon Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
- Damage of Brave Slash has been decreased from 240% to 225%
- Buff duration of Enrage has been increased from 180 to 240 seconds

Page, Paladin

- The accuracy from Weapon Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
- Damage of Advanced Charge has been increased from 495% to 498%
- Damage of Blast has been increased from 280% to 300%

Spearman, Dragon Knight

- The accuracy from Weapon Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
- Buff duration of Iron Will has been decreased from 300 to 240 seconds and the magic defense bonus has been increased from 100 to 200
- The physical and magic defense, accuracy and avoidability from Beholder’s Buff has been increased from 300 to 500 and 120 to 300 respectively

Magician

- Buff duration of Magic Armor has been decreased from 300 to 240 seconds and the magic defense has been increased from 120 to 225

F/P Mage, Archmage

- Damage of Explosion has been increased from 535% to 580%
- Damage of Paralyze has been increased from 540% to 770%

I/L Mage, Archmage

- Damage of Ice Strike has been increased from 125% to 145%
- Damage of Chain Lightning has been increased from 810% to 850%

Cleric, Priest, Bishop

- Buff duration of Bless has been decreased from 300 to 240 seconds and the physical and magic defense and accuracy and avoidability has been increased from 150 to 300 and 90 to 180 respectively
- 15% accuracy was added to Holy Focus
- Damage of Shining Ray has been increased from 530% to 580%
- Damage of Angel Ray has been increased from 720% to 900%

Archer

- The accuracy and avoidability from Focus has been increased from 80 to 225

Hunter, Ranger, Bowmaster

- The accuracy from Bow Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
- Damage of Arrow Rain has been increased from 400% to 500%
- Damage of Strafe has been increased from 150% to 180%

Crossbowman, Sniper, Crossbowmaster

- The accuracy from Crossbow Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
- Damage of Arrow Eruption has been increased from 400% to 500%
- Damage of Strafe has been increased from 150% to 180%
- Damage of Ultimate Strafe has been increased from 210% to 225%
- Sniping can now hit 4 times 900% damage only on boss monsters. Instant kill still applies to normal monsters

Rogue

- The accuracy and avoidability from Nimble Body has been increased from 60 to 160

Assassin, Hermit, Night Lord

- The accuracy from Javelin Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
- Damage of Avenger has been increased from 350% to 400%
- Damage of Triple Throw has been increased from 280% to 345%

Bandit, Chief Bandit, Shadower

- The accuracy from Dagger Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
- Damage of Assassination has been increased from 590% to 600%
- Damage of Boomerang Step has been increased from 630% to 670% and the passive damage effect of Savage Blow, Steal, Assaulter and Band of Thieves has been decreased from 30% to 25%

Dual Master, Dual Blader

- The amount of monsters Tornado Spin can attack has been decreased from 8 to 6
- Cooldown time of Final Cut has been increased from 60 to 90 seconds
- Damage of Monster Bomb has been increased from 1100% to 1650%
-Damage of Blade Fury has been decreased from 180% to 165%
- Damage of Phantom Blow has been decreased from 110% to 105% and it can now ignore 20% of the monster’s defense

Pirate

- The accuracy and avoidability from Quick Motion has been increased from 120 to 160

Infighter, Buccaneer, Viper

- The accuracy from Knuckle Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
- The accuracy and avoidability from Energy Charge has been increased from 100 to 300
- The physical and magic defense from Transform has been increased from 60 to 200
- The physical and magic defense from Super Transform has been increased from 140 to 300
- Damage of Demolition has been increased from 410% to 440%
- Damage of Fist has been increased from 362% to 400%

Gunslinger, Valkyrie, Captain

- The accuracy from Gun Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
- Damage of Rapid Fire has been increased from 195% to 225%
- Durability of Battleship has been removed

Knights of Cygnus

Soul Master (2nd Job)

- The accuracy from Sword Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120

Flame Wizard (1st Job)

- Buff duration of Magic Armor has been decreased from 300 to 240 seconds and the magic defense has been increased from 120 to 225

Flame Wizard (2nd Job)

- Damage of Fire Arrow has been increased from 440% to 450%
- Damage of Fire Pillar has been increased from 300% to 325%

Flame Wizard (3rd Job)

- Damage of Fire Strike has been increased from 500 to 550%

Wind Breaker (1st Job)

- The accuracy and avoidability from Focus has been increased from 80 to 225

Wind Breaker (2nd Job)

- The accuracy from Bow Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120

Wind Breaker (3rd Job)

- Damage of Arrow Rain has been increased from 400% to 500%
- Damage of Strafe has been increased from 150% to 180%

Night Walker (1st Job)

- The accuracy and avoidability from Nimble Body has been increased from 60 to 160

Night Walker (2nd Job)

- The accuracy from Javelin Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120

Night Walker (3rd Job)

- Damage of Avenger has been increased from 350% to 400%
- Damage of Triple Throw has been increased from 240% to 295%

Striker (1st Job)

- The accuracy and avoidability from Quick Motion has been increased from 120 to 160

Striker (2nd Job)

- The accuracy from Knuckle Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120

Striker (3rd Job)

- The accuracy and avoidability from Energy Charge has been increased from 80 to 300

Note: The combo requirement for Combo Judgement and Combo Barrier has been changed to 100 and 150 respectively

Aran (1st Job)

- The amount of monsters Double Swing can attack has been decreased from 12 to 8

Aran (2nd Job)

- The accuracy from Polearm Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
- The amount of monsters Triple Swing can attack has been decreased from 12 to 8
- Damage of Combo Fenrir has been decreased from 560% to 490% and the amount of monsters it can attack has been decreased from 10 to 8
- Master level of Body Pressure has been decreased from 20 to 10. The buff duration has been increased from 120 to 180 seconds. The body attack damage has been increased from 150% to 300% and the success rate of neutralizing the monster for 5 seconds has been decreased from 60% to 40%
- Instead of 100% damage, a 35% increase in permanent damage has been added to Snow Charge

Aran (3rd Job)

- The damage of Double Swing and Triple Swing from Full Swing has been increased from 175% to 205% and 400% to 540% respectively. The damage increase in Combo Smash has been decreased from 60% to 50%. The amount of monsters Full Swing can attack has been decreased from 12 to 8
- Damage of Final Toss has been increased from 300% to 350%
- The amount of times Rolling Spin can hit to one monster has been decreased from 5 to 4. The success rate to stun has been decreased from 95% to 90% and the stun duration has been decreased from 3 to 2 seconds
- Damage of Combo Judgement has been increased from 1200% to 1500% and the duration of damage over time (dot) has been increased from 6 to 10 seconds

Aran (4th Job)

-The damage of Double Swing and Triple Swing from Overswing has been increased from 330% to 360% and 420% to 450% respectively. The damage increase in Combo Fenrir has been decreased from 80% to 40%. The amount of monsters Overswing can attack has been decreased from 12 to 8
- Damage of Final Blow has been increased from 800% to 830% and a critical success rate of 100% has been added to all levels

Hero/Evan

Evan (5th Mastery)

- MP cost of Dragon Blink has been decreased from 100 to 30 MP

Evan (7th Mastery)

- Master level of Dragon Sparking has been decreased from 20 to 10
- Damage of Fire Breath has been increased from 460% to 500%
- Master level of Killing Wing has been decreased from 20 to 10

Evan (8th Mastery)

- The minimum required MP for Dragon Fury has been increased from 70% to 50%
- Damage of Earthquake has been decreased from 610% to 550%

Evan (9th Mastery)

- Damage of Illusion has been decreased from 180% to 175%
- Damage of Flame Wheel has been increased from 600% to 670%

Evan (10th Mastery)

- Damage of Blaze has been increased from 215 to 260%
- Damage of Dark Fog has been increased from 1800% to 1950%

Resistance

Battle Mage (3rd Job)

- The critical rate for Dark Lightning has been increased from 15% to 50%

Wild Hunter (2nd Job)

- The accuracy from Crossbow Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120

Wild Hunter (3rd Job)

- Damage of Wild Shot has been increased from 135% to 164%

Mechanic (2nd Job)

- The accuracy from Mechanic Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120

Mechanic (3rd Job)

- Damage of Rocket Punch has been increased from 540% to 570%

Mechanic (4th Job)

- Damage of Laser Blast has been increased from 360% to 400%
